I was craving a little something sweet last night and at first I was going to make some paleo/keto zucchini brownies but then I saw the almond extract in my spice cupboard and thought “ooooooh” and that was that. These burgers are my easy to put together and SUPER flavorful! They have over 15g of protein thanks to a boost coming from the amazing iWon! Organics protein chips…in this case, the ranch flavor 😀
These are super flavorful and also vegan! Though, there will be one ingredient you can choose to use that would made them simply vegetarian 😉

This is the first East Indian style curry dish I have ever made that I am 100% happy with! Whenever I have tried in the past I always feel like it is missing something…well NOT THIS TIME 🙂 This is a fast, simple, and delicious recipe and it gets even better as the leftovers sit in your fridge. Do you all remember that crazy “Cabbage Soup Diet” that was all the rage 10-15+ years ago? I sure do! My dad tried it a few times and even after the fad was over one thing remained…THE SOUP!! I always absolutely loved the soup!! 😀
I know it might sound crazy, especially if you are familiar with how strange the diet was, but I swear up, down, and sideways that the soup is amazing! And it the ingredients are veggies, veggies, and more veggies. It is like eating a salad…but hot…or cold, actually, because I love it both ways!
It may not be the most beautiful dish you’ve ever laid eyes on but just trust me…You want this in your life.

These…are…SO GOOD!!!!! These have such amazing flavor and are light, simple, not too sweet and just melt in your mouth. Plus they’re raw so they are quick and simple to make AND give you a good serving of healthy fats ❤I made these for Valentine’s Day this year (hence the heart shapes & pink frosting) but you could make these any ol’ time and leave the frosting white or make it any color you’d like, for that matter. They keep for a week or 2 in the fridge and could be made in larger batches and kept in the freezer.
